Brand-new hotel, non-smoking room, loved the bed. We did n't like the bed, it was hard, though it was truly a good stay.

Very old bathroom, and the breakfast was rather basic.

It was a very good stay at the hotel with less-than-ideal pick-up and drop-off times, would recommend this place. Staff and rooms were great, we loved that everything was nice. The breakfast was included, that was a bonus.

This hotel was located in a central area very close to all the parks and Disney, restaurants, outlets and supermarkets and restaurants. Generally everything was nice, but the bathroom was dirty. They provide an American breakfast with plenty of options.

Some people working there were a bit rude.

Absolutely fabulous location, really big beds, generous variety of breakfast food. Adequate units with a panoramic view over marina. I loved the lunch in the nearby Chicken Now. The staff were really courteous and the stay certainly was great value for money.

Unbeatable location and clean place, I liked exceptional staff. The bedroom was large, beds were exceptionally comfortable as well. Their breakfast was warm and had plenty of food. It made my trip to Orlando an great experience.

There was a full English breakfast with yogurt, muffins, fresh fruit and eggs available. Double superior room and big bed so I slept well. My stay was perfect 10/10, and the entire staff was approaching. The beach nearby was clean and the view was impressive

Loved my stay, it was memorable, the service was BRILLIANT. Particularly helpful staff, was willing to help all the time. Try warm dishes served at the attached restaurant. The pool was heated and I had complementary drinks in the outdoor bar.

We loved it during our magnificent stay. Breakfast was classic and the location was charming. Comfortable beds, Wi-Fi, temperature control and terrace were a nice touch. Reasonably clean hotel, efficient service. The beach was stunning.

Stuff are condescending, location is PRACTICAL. Silent unit with utensils and many plates. Reasonably priced food for complementary breakfast. Pool area is covered.

Fairly clean hotel, well-equipped room, the staff was quick to help. Lovely beds and WiFi, terrace and coffee. Near restaurants and a theme park, it was a bonus. Lovely design, exemplary service in the entire venue. Besides, a big plus was free parking nearby.

As for me, stuff and rooms where very good! The hotel was a convenient base for enjoying a great area, just off all the parks as well as restaurants.

All in all a caring hotel and thoroughly enjoyable stay. Upgraded facilities, absolute top location, great value for money. Bed was good sized, and overall the room was carpeted.

All in all it was a luxurious experience and I will be back. Breakfast was classic, the staff was fine! Relaxing view, a beautiful balcony, very spacious bed, too. Decent location, I felt safe.

Think that this wonderful hotel is beyond compare, loved it. Favourable location, perfect room with particularly nice views. A wide range of good options for meal. You could walk to a supermarket and a shopping mall.

The whole hotel was overall clean and the staff was supportive. With early check-in and late check-out, this property was calm! For sure, free WiFi worked well throughout the property. The location was secure, near to all the main disney attractions, front desk, the outlets.

super quiet 3 star hotel with helpfull staff and nice hot breakfast. room was very attractive, exceptionally comfortable bed. the staff did all they can for a very comfortable stay. a supermarket and a grocery store were right next door. furthermore, the area was very very nice. outstanding service within 19 miles of the airport.

All staff was so supportive, great value for money, would stay here again. Generous breakfast with lots of options, solid and exceptionally clean place. Booked a room with panoramic views. The hotel has relatively quiet location right by other Theme Parks as well as shops. Flexible check in and in general decent service.

fantastically friendly staff and perfectly clean hotel area. location was perfectly comfortable, 19 miles to orlando international airport, perfectly reachable. the room was bright and beautiful, we felt like at home. ideal property, outstanding service.

All excellent, including food and location. Lake Buena Vista is a district that deserves exploring. The breakfast had a good choice of options: fruit and pastries.

the staff was loyal and location was great. bed was comfortable, we really enjoyed it. the accommodation is in the middle of the town. don't forget to visit nearby foxtrail coffee, they have best coffee ever. we will be returning here soon, the venue met the demands.

We visited one of our favourite spots universal studios florida that was near the hotel. We dined at Taco Bell, that is just 400 metres away...
